Why this Prayer Meeting is Critically Very Important

While, I am working on this prayer meeting in Washington DC on October 28, 2011, as directed by the Holy Spirit, I listened to Evangelist Sid Roth’s TV Show It’s Supernatural in his interview with Rabbi Jonathan Cahn for two weeks between September 26 – Oct. 2, 2011. I was very shocked to the accuracy of Rabbi Cahn’s prophecy and very disturbed about the message of judgment coming down on America as a nation. Rabbi Cahn indicated that America is a nation that has departed from God. He stressed that the same judgment that came upon ancient Israel for being disobedient to God will come upon America. He was issuing a stern warning to the nation, the same way God issued many warnings to the children of Israel and they refused. We all know what happened to the ancient Israel. Rabbi Cahn is telling America to return to God, otherwise face the painful judgment of God, and be brought down to nothing. He wrote a book about the "Eight Harbingers of Judgment" experienced by the ancient Israel. He is telling America that God is sending critical prophetic messages of what lies ahead.

I know some people who do not understand prophecy may get upset. Let, me make a point very clear, no single prophet ever stands alone and God tends to send more than one warning. Because of his love, God always send more warnings before the judgment. During the television show, Rabbi Cahn made a reference to the same warning made by President George Washington in April 30^th, 1789 - - warning America as a nation not to depart from God. Here in his words:

"We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself had ordained." George Washington, Presidential Inauguration, April 30^th, 1789.

I was very disturbed over the whole issue because in December 2006, the Lord revealed to me the crises coming to the United States. I wrote a book of which prophetic messages ignited the journey to Washington DC on Oct 28^th 2011 for a prayer meeting for our government officials. In the book, Closer Walk With Jesus, 472 pages, published by Lara Publications, distributed by Anchor Distributors, I explained the slow moving dark cloud over America. The following day, the Wall Street crashed sending shock waves across the world. In that book I explained this crash is just the beginning of things to come. The chapter 37 of the book, Closer Walk With Jesus printed in 2010, and released in 2011, titles, The Prophecy of the Coming Catastrophe, discusses similar messages by Rabbi Cahn.

I am very disturbed because of the accuracy of the messages of Rabbi Cahn!. Perhaps the reason why I am very disturbed is because America appears to have reached a point of no return. We seem to believe that money is bigger than God and pleasure is paradise. However, this is not the reason for us to stop praying, so God can temper justice with mercy and protect those who have repented, so they will not be brought down to shame. We need to keep praying so more people will repent and turn away from a life of sin. This is the more reason why this October 28, 2011 prayer meeting is very important.
